I recently upgraded my video card and did a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate. Here's the issue, when my dispalys turn-off (after 10 min. default setting) from being idle, and I move the mouse or hit a key on the keyboard the 2nd display doesn't turn back on. This also happens if I manually turn off the screens and turn them back on after a while.
I noticed this really only happens if I have 2 Windower sessions open, and 1 Windower on each screen. The graphics card I have is the ATI Radeon HD 4670 and the 2nd display uses an HDMI-to-DVI converter. I have my screens setup as landscape and stretched via Catalyst software. I can fix the issue by doing anything that flickers the screens. (i.e. Change resolution, logout, ctrl+alt+del) Doing this, however, kills my Windower sessions and it gets really annoying to have to relog back on.
Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
