I thought Fairy Glitter was a one time only kinda magic like Fairy Law?

Fairy Law definitely isn't one-use, I think Makarov has already used it (or tried to) twice. Kana has used (or tried to use) Fairy Glitter twice now as well; once against Blue Note and again at the Grand Magic Games to blow up the meter thing.

In the case of Fairy Glitter, at least, it seems kind of permission-based. Mavis has given it to Kana both times so far.
