Yeah, it's definitely been a long time since I remember reading the manga or watching the show. It could easily be a situation where the Manga had a female character, but it got translated to a male character. I've seen that a few times in some manga recently. In situations where the character is androgynous they seem to flip a coin.

Crime Sorcière is the guild that Jellal founded once he was freed by Ultear and Meredy. They enlist Dark Guild members to destroy other Dark Guilds and hopefully someday Zeref (lol). The poison dragon slayer Cobra is part of the guild, ya.

Levy isn't opposite Bradman, her Solid Script simply is any element that the word is ("Fire" is fire-element, "Shine" is holy-element, "Water" is water-element, etc). Levy and Gajeel probably are best teamed up against dude, esp if Gajeel uses Iron-Shadow magic.

Levi would be borderline OP support to any Dragon Slayer if Mashima used her more. She can feed them all infinitely.

I think he's dead. Story wise, he can actually die, unlike, well, everyone else that "died" so far in FT. He met his dragon, had his backstory covered, and resolved his subplot with his romantic interest. Even confessed. I'd say I'm about 80% sure he's gone for good.

Acnologia pretty much confirmed him dying, but then again where do magic particles go? The celestial king might have some play at bringing him back.

Interesting to see that August knows who Natsu is and probably would have stood down if Mest didn't just open up hell's gate.
