Cannot move version update files?

So there was a POL update and I accidentally downloaded the update using windower, and now when I try to open either windower or the actual POL.exe I get an error message saying:

Cannot move version update files

Any help?

if you're dual boxing close all the pols and open new ones, if not reboot should fix it

I just got this after the POL update.

For some reason a POL process was still running.

Ending that seemed to fix the issue.
