The customization in this game looks great. Not earth shattering when compared to other MMOs, but a massive step up from FFXI. And the hume chick undies are tastefully hot.

It's also nice to get a bit more info on the story. It seems it's not just another "us vs them" scenario, but more of a "two armies are fighting on our land" situation. It seems like a beastman race and this "Garlean Empire" are both trying to take our stuff and the only way to fend off both of these armies is for our races to put aside petty differences and fight together.
