Help Regarding retrieving stuff from POL folder.

So my PC died and my POL viewer wont open on my laptop anymore (attempts to install everytime i open it even though it is installed) now my problem is I don't have my cousins account info written anywhere except for the password and his security token. Is there any file in the pol folder I can use to see the account's I had set up. I would just need the 8 digit account name (Example BFQN9999)

Just contact PlayOnline support and they'll be able to give you that.

As for being able to "see" the actual username somewhere located within the program folder/files. I highly doubt that is possible. (On the other hand, you may be able to copy your POL folder over to a updated installation on another computer, overwriting the files and then trying to see if you can grab your username from the main login.)

If you just drag the user folder out of the POL folder into your new PC it will keep the POL IDs intact. The passwords will not be tho.
