No. Not having max merits doesn't make you gimp as long as you use the approriate gear for the approriate situation. Gimp would be casting slow in MP rings, nuking AF body and such. There are plenty of reason why you wouldn't have max enfeebling merits, and I don't care which reason he has, so you can't just call someone gimp based on that. His gear is better than 95% of the RDM out there.

Oh, I have 2 Ice Accuracy merits, I just never added them in there. No Earth Accuracy merits however. And I have all those other sets you mentioned too, I just didn't post them, would you like me to so you can try to find something wrong with them as well?
