I hope you mean nocturne and I wouldnt call it the best JRPG of the decade tho. I liked FFIX and FFX a little more, but nocturne was pretty fucking awesome.

Dont get me wrong I like SOME atlus stuff but I'd have to say working designs has this smashed all to shit when it comes to RPG's.
