Here's the deal: a few months ago, due to a security issue, my credit card got canceled. I got a new one and I tried to change the payment information at the start of December so I could activate my Talka.
Well, they didn't take my payment. My roommate assumed they had issues with their server. I though well, maybe if I click "reactivate ID" they'll send me somewhere I can pay.
They took the canceled card. 0_o
The canceled card went through and I cannot enter new information. Every time I update my payment information, I get past their new website's verification just fine. But at the VERY last window, I'm told either the server is busy or I've made a typo. I've tried three cards and it won't work.
Help!
