But with that said, if I had been lied to multiple times and lost money in RL due to those same lies (I'll change the CC info right away! I swearz!), I probably would have done the same thing to try and recoup some of my losses. Obviously the OP has no qualms about RMT shenanigans since he was going to sell his account, so he can just buy back whatever gil he lost.

How many times do you need to try to call someone to pay them back? If you call them 10 + times and they dont pick up or return text messages that leads me to believe they arent interested in it.....Heck i dont blame her, i wouldnt pick up the phone either if I did what she did.

If you had the money all along, and wanted to do everything you possibly could to pay her, why didn't you pay her in advance?

Furthermore, if money isn't a problem, why don't you have a Secure Code or Verified by VISA card already? You could've opened a bank account with an institution that supports either, which normally doesn't require good credit, in case you only deal in cash.

Of course, you apparently don't care that much, considering that you've known since September your existing card didn't work with it, and even posted about that on BG back then, which makes this statement of Dreams' all the more believable:
