Well first of all he should be using hades instead of Estaff. If that isnt possible(Dont know why not) you can macro in 102% spell interrupt in for Ichi and full time Estaff in the meantime.

Using Hades? Sure I would cast hate spells in them, but Hades Sainti don't do much for idle other than add 7 Evasion, which is worse than a Wind staff.

The 102% or whatever Spell Interruption Rate would pretty much be for Ichi only.

I agree 100%, but as NIN/RDM you are basically spamming spells 90% of the time.

Make the BRD rotate, they're only doing ballads anyway.

What kind of gear would the tank or tanks need?

I'd recommend an earth staff, cheviot cape, pescatora, and full AF as a bare minimum

If you can't afford those, you can sub NIN and do it entirely naked.
