    Yes, while the 2x Parry Knives are tempting, I still have a lot more parry skill on Samurai, between Tomoe and Myochin+1. The only thing that might make Ninja slightly better would be Innin(-20eva) usage?

    -20 EVA is nothing compared to the natural EVA boost NIN has over SAM. I'd suggest SAM assuming you have -pdt gear on it simply because SAM can wear more. I'd also advocate Estaff over Tomoe.

    - tomoe + myochin is+20, like dual PK, but sam/nin dual PK+myochi+1=+30
    - nin get innin-20eva but have 13 more eva skill

    What's the relation between chr, macc and skill for brd debuffs ?
    I think in general 2 stat = 1 Macc = 1 skill, so it would be 2 Chr = 1 Macc = 1 skill.
    But since brd have 2 magic skill combined, maybe Macc or stats are better than skill ?

    Also, since Brd debuffs do not seem to have any kind of potency (unlike slow II or para), chr have no purpose other than being macc right ?

    A little further testing just to try to add more information. I watch the memory usage of firefox and POL via the task manager and POL was sitting at about 80k, firefox around 40k upon opening. I stayed on for a good twenty minutes and noticed that firefox never went over POL. I forced firefox (Basically by just opening another tab) to surpass POL and go to about 85k, and instantly POL dropped to 30k. Is this normal?

    I definitely wouldn't think that 1 skill = 1 macc based on the combined skill setup of songs, otherwise they'd be noticeably more accurate than other debuffing spells from jobs such as RDM, which they definitely are not.

    CHR is just for MAcc purposes, that part is correct. My best suggestion is to just aim for the several pieces that either give huge amounts of one of the stats(Osode, Jester's +1, etc) or combine them (AF+1 hands, Marduk Legs/AF2 head, etc.).

    This is a pet peeve of mine. Gearing or choosing your job to lower your evasion when leveling parrying is stupid. If you're not happy with how many hits are getting past the evasion check... pull more mobs. You should be gearing and choosing your job combination based off:

    1.) Maximized survivability (what can handle the most hits past evasion check per minute?)
    2.) Parrying skill gear.

    That should be it. Anything else can be compensated for by pulling more mobs. SAM/DNC with soboro seems an ideal candidate for this in most instances. So /DNC gives you an evasion boost... pull another mob to compensate for it. Hell... you can probably pull 2-3 more than you could with another sub because you can infini-cure yourself.

    I'm debating if I should buy a Vulcan's Staff for my blm, or Mahatma Slops first. If Vulcan is commonly used in endgame, I'll probably buy that.

    It checks after. It's Evasion>Parry>Shadow>Counter>Shield Block/Guard I believe.

    I'm not aware of serious or not serious test about magic accuracy with songs. The formula you mentioned works as long as you exceed the target's stat +10, but was only tested extensively for elemental magic, and a little for enfeebling magic. Nothing has been done for dark magic, divine magic, blu magic or ninjutsu either. It's assumed to be true until proven otherwise.
