No, it doesn't. It's just that pure water doesn't really exist (although you can get something very close in a lab). In nature, there will always be some free ions.

Why am I 0/36 HQ on a Synth with 73 Smithing/41 Leather, when my crafter is 101 Smithing/52+3 Leather?
Synth in question is Darksteel Mittens. Is wiki wrong on the synth caps?
Both skills are 11 over cap, which should give me 10% HQ rate, but I put 0/36 down to more than "bad luck".
I know I saw it here a while back and can't find it now, can someone post a fix for the spellcast trying to equip grips before staves thing?
It's crafting, just random luck, wether it be good or bad. My LS is 4/100ish on Cerb Mantle +1's, I've personally gone 0/30 on HQ staves. Had an LS member go like 3 or 4/some rediculosly low number on Dusk +1 gloves. So sometimes good luck, most of the time just bad luck lol.
Joyeuse's double attack vanishes under sync but it still retains its piercing dmg since all rapiers possess that trait.
A different situation than Birdbanes where ive heard it works and doesn't work under the cap since the hidden effect is the piercing damage. I already assumed the vs birds: acc is wiped but yeah...

It works on so many levels.
Hot areas (Think equatorial regions) have lesser pressure cells which generates more wind related disasters such as hurricanes (mentioned earlier) through the adiabatic process. The Hadley cell distributes the uprising air into high pressure cells which are typically associated with colder temperatures. High pressure cells are less likely to produce such disasters. I'm guessing that's the logic at play.

Personally i would rate a double crafts's hq rate to be lower than a single craft despite both receipes are at T1 rate. Something like, your darksteel mittens vs behe ring, both are T1 but behe ring should get a "better" hq rate than mittens.
That being said, i went 0/45 on cursed finger gauntlets-1 before on alchemy. Random.
I remember a long time ago some one made a thread asking which assaults are best for people to use to get points for salvage if they were too low for RvB.
Most people said don't bother unless you can do RvB, but a few people gave good responses.
I have searched, but can't see it (although found some pretty good threads on assaults), does any one know which I mean?
