Even if it was, blitz would only be a very small fraction of a haste, not an entire point of haste, so it'd be a lot less worthwhile. let's say it was .3% of a haste, you wouldn't hit more than 1.5% of an increase w/ the max haste possible zerg conditions, yet alone the standard 60% haste of a non hasso DD (in which case it would be a .75% increase). You can beat that w/ 2 points of accuracy.

My impression is that they are.

I don't know the values, but it's probably something like:
30/256 - Black Belt's 12%
12/256 - Usu set bonus 5%
5/256 - Usu feet 2%
7/256 - Usu Head/Legs 3%
Add it all up and you get an effective haste of about 24%. It's just that there's no way to vary it to get 26% Haste for Monk due to the lack of a realistic hands Haste option, so people call Full Usu/BB capped for MNK.

Actually, I too need advice on MKD headpiece. I have BRD and BST at 75 and WHM is going to be there soon. Other headgear - turban, ohat, goli hat, demon helm+1.

Would prefer to do the hat for BRD or WHM since those will be used for events. BST is mainly just for screwing around on and I've spent far too much on it already.

Suggestions welcome, thanks in advance.

For BRD, there's not really much useful, you can put two Fast Cast buffs on it, and have it speed up your song casting by 5%, but that's not really amazing. I'd probably just put these two on, and use it for BRD Fast Cast as well as curing on both jobs (and Stoneskin / various other MND-related spells):

• MND+4 "Cure" potency +3%
• MND+2 Enhances "Fast Cast" effect (+2%)

I'm guessing it's just a difference in gear options, but I'm looking to make a viable TP set for DRG with Staff (Both TP and Retribution/Full Swing; whichever is better). SAM has the same skill using Polearm, and FM seems to suggest ACC isn't an issue for WS, but it looks problematic for DRG staff.

240 Skill (No merits) => 236 ACC
62 DEX (Elvaan + Sub SAM) => 46(.5) ACC
ACC trait 2x => 22 ACC
Total = 304(.5)

This means I need roughly 76-86 ACC in gear? Any ideas on making this work if at all?

New-ish item out now Ebon Tam for BRD/RDM/BLU, so WHM can't use, and not sure how much FC% it gives, but still an option.
