Not exactly sure if this is the right spot... But what the fuck here goes. I currently run FFXI on a partitioned macbook pro, and I have the partition set as Windows XP, now I really only use partition for FFXI, and a few other select PC only games, but overall it gets most of its use for FFXI.

I recently aquired a vista and 7 CD, would it be worth replacing the XP partition with Vista or 7?

My impression is that it's poorly encrypted in the same place for everyone. This is how the account stealing virii worked before the security token.

the password is pc specific, the file containing saved passwords won't work if moved to another pc.. from this i would assume the encryption key uses some form of information from your pc, but might just be SE being stupid enough to only autoload password if it's that pc

I believe you've just given me a reason to get serious about regearing RDM again.

How do you deal with the TP moves?

You can't poison II(immune), BPs give 0 tp. You don't deal with them, you disallow them. It takes ~65 BPs from my mule to kill it, obviously if you have better gear this will vary. I usually spend about 5 minutes spamming dispel to get hate and ensure garuda won't get hate when mule BPs. There's a safeish spot in the back, but if you do aggro SMN sacs it away. Stoneskin will usually take 3 swings for me(-50 PDT, taco, protect, phalanx, 410 ss), but treat it like Rapido since if it gets tp once and picks a combo instead of a single move it will kill you.
