You said I don't have any actual musicians to insult and Lady GaGa is at least one by your definition.

if she's composing and producing the majority of her own music, then good for her. i would not bet any significant amount of money on that though.
gaga is not sold as a musician, she is sold as a face for music. if she makes it easier to sell, she will be sold.
my entire point is that you dont know what the fuck youre talking about, and youre making it clear by referencing gaga, avril and britney. thats youre fucking million dollar argument. avril, britney, and gaga.
youre a fucking JOKE.
Man I know Im going to get ragged hard about this shit, but Lady gaga used to write music for people, then Akon "discovered" her and she started doing her own stuff etc. She does in fact write most of her music. Just a clarification.
This is why I laughed at the use of the term in the first place.
You can't define an actual musician, dumbass.
Spoiler: show
as a tip to know when this is a safety net or bullshit, try and identify most of the instruments/effects in a piece. if theres a lot of reverb, whimsical sounds, voice doubling, and a really simple beat, its probably a production piece and not a composition. pop music is intended for celebrations, dancing, etc. it's still music, and SOMEONE made it, but to assume that it's a composition designed to do anything but make money is silly. for the performer it probably is, but their livelihood is pretty much owned by their production company.
i'm sure she's written songs before, dont get me wrong. that doesn't mean the majority of the music that's being marketed under her flagship was produced by her.
the best part is, neither of us can prove it. you can only assume your right, and you do so obviously being ignorant to how the musical industry actually works, which youve made evident in trying to do whatever it is youre trying to do
that was me asking for evidence
and if gaga, avril and britney are your standards for calling musicians gay, i can see why you would say that, and i agree with you.
