There is no way D3 is coming out in 2010. If you look simply at the fact that Blizzard is releaseing SC2 already, in addition to a new WoW expansion, they dont need another super hit game in this fiscal year for them. We'll probably see the final playable class for D3 in August @ Blizzcon.

anyone else play the Dark Void demo yet? After trying it out I have mixed feelings about the game, the story looks interesting and the concept is amazing (and you can't go wrong with Nolan North!) but I can't decide if the controls are bad, or just something I'm not used to because moving in 3D is awkward at first.

Either way it doesn't seem like something I'll buy on day 1, but I was wondering what other people thought about it.

Diablo 3 was officially delayed until 2011 from last years Blizzcon, for you all people putting it on your list. Off the top of my head for my top 5:

The game felt terrible, not going to bother with it.
