Zorn's big goal: Winning five games. It might happen. Everyone on that team knows Allen has his eye on their necks and a big axe in hand. They'll be trying. Their opponents, not so much.

Would it be better for them to lose this week so they play the Vikings or Cardinals on the road, or win and have to try to beat Philly for a 3rd time at home?

Tony is 0-2 in "big games" then, and one he lost as a holder. Do you only get 1 chance before you are labeled a failure?

Shit, Romo was even quoted as saying "football isn't a team game" after a loss last year.

I love to hate on the Cowboys for fun as much as the next guy, but I don't see how they have any chance if Philly plays decently.
Philly's been known to have their own ego problems, but this year they've apparently tossed them out on the nearest trash barge to Jersey.

If the Cowboys learn that lesson (or possibly have, considering this month), it's a game. If not, the Eagles will rightfully claim the top spot with ease. The Cowboys have the talent. They lack in the ability to get it to work together game after game, week after week.

I say win. There is still a slight chance for a 1st round bye (lol). Vikings play early. If NY beats them, which I highly doubt, then that ups the ante.

Does a 1st round bye count as a playoff win? Come on! We haven't had one since 96. Give us a break!

Indianapolis at Buffalo - Painter. If you can lose one, it doesn't matter anymore, none of the starters are going to care.

    Jacksonville at Cleveland - B R O W N S
Chicago at Detroit - I hope Cutler has another good game. He needs to end the season on a good note, because it's going to take a very good one to get the bad taste out of his mouth.

San Francisco at St. Louis - No comment, nothing to play for with either team

Pittsburgh at Miami - Troy Polamalu is questionable. If he doesn't play, Miami better hope that they win, as well as most of the AFC because no one in the NFL wants to play Pittsburgh in the playoffs when Polamalu is back in the lineup. I hope the Bengals tank the game.

NY Giants at Minnesota - Lot to play for with Minnesota here, and the Giants aren't looking very good right now.

Atlanta at Tampa Bay - Nothing to play for aside from Atlanta having back to back winning seasons for the first time in franchise history. I hope they pull it off.

New Orleans at Carolina - Yeah, I'm not actually surprised to make this pick. Carolina has been playing great football recently, and the Saints have been playing very suspect. I won't be surprised if they find themselves and win soundly, but the way they have been playing, I can't pick them to win outright.

New England at Houston - I think Houston is the natural enemy of the Patriots defense right now. I'm not sure how this game will go either, but like before, this game has huge implications for both Miami and Houston. Somehow, the Patriots losing this game can actually bounce Miami from the playoffs.

Green Bay at Arizona - I think the Cards might have a legitimate chance at the 2 seed this week. It's not very likely, but I wouldn't be shocked.

Washington at San Diego - Nothing to play for, San Diego will probably rest starters. Redskins can't beat the B team either, though.

Tennessee at Seattle - Chris Johnson wants 2,000. The entire franchise wants it. I think even Seattle might want him to get it. They have nothing to play for, so he's probably going to get 30 carries. I think he'll get it without too much trouble.

Baltimore at Oakland - Man, what a buzzkill. If Gradkowski was playing, this would be such a different story with me. I do still want the Ravens to take this game, though, to keep the Steelers out of the race.

    Philadelphia
at Dallas - Wooooow. What a final week set up. This game could decide the super bowl matchup. Not implying Dallas will make the Super Bowl, but that the seeding might work in Philly's favor a lot more than anyone else. I think Philly might be the best team in the NFL right now, and I have them picked to go all the way, so I can't go against them here.

Kansas City at Denver - Denver can lose this game and make the playoffs. After going 3-7/2-8? Fucking seriously?

Cincinnati at NY Jets - It is actually in the best interest of Cincinnati and most of the AFC to lose this game, so I wouldn't be surprised if they benched starters. Ochocinco was talking like they might have that planned, too.

Gonna be interesting with Smitty out with a broken arm and D.Will's status up in the air. I'd love to see my man Kenneth Moore get off Sunday, he's been playing really well and much better than Jarretts sorry ass.

I'm still hoping that happens. Volek won a playoff game for us a couple years ago, but I'm not sure if Tolbert can carry a full load in a game though (assuming they're resting Sproles and LT). Either way, I'd love to see Volek pull off 2 straight wins, albeit over 3 seasons lol

How bad was that break? I didn't watch the highlights but it just sounded weird to break your arm on a TD catch

Yeah the safety tried to pop the ball out and instead of making the tackle and snapped his wrist in half, he didnt fall or anything, walked in the endzone and walked to the sidelines lol.

He had surgery on it on Monday and is out for the season and is expected to back for off season workouts. No probowl or anything.

That catch was so sick, he didn't even react to the hit but his arm was limp.

So Macho Harris has disappointed me this year, he's been mediocre at FS, but what the fuck at this bullshit. Harris was fined 7500 on a horrible penalty. I thought the penalty was BS, but now he's getting fined?

That was the funniest shit I have ever seen. They removed the video but here is Bill Simmons paraphrasing it:

    Jake: I apologize, bro.

Smith (trying to lighten the moment): Hey, I know you feel like crap. I mean, you're not a very handsome guy, anyway, so …

    Jake: I know.

Smith (still lightening): But … the performer, the quarterback, I never really liked you as a quarterback. But as a person? I love you as a person. You know what I'm saying?

    Jake: I appreciate it.

    (Then later …)

    Smith: You aw'ight, dog.

    Jake: I know.

(And Jake puts his head in his hands.)
