Yes thf is a DD, but its a shit one (except on colibri or gears) and even moreso on anything with high defense. Please note that it is "shit" by comparison to the better options out there, the only reason you see a thf most place is TH. Nobody made it ffxi law that the 1 thf you have present can't do damage, but it will not be doing as much as others so it gets last/lower priority on support.

I've broken 1400 Man Stabs in Dynamis with a BRD before so while it's lolDynamis the job can put out some good numbers but as with all DDs if your gear is shit then your damage is gonna be shit.

Anyways I'm gonna stop here before we all get modded on but THF can be a really good DD but it comes down to the gear and the player a lot.

Statements that say thf will do better damage with better gear are so redundant that you might aswell make a new thread in general informing everyone that the sun has risen every morning, or that water is still wet.
