If youre trying to ninja lot, why would you specifically tell someone else not to pass, you'd want EVERYONE to pass so that when you lotted, if it was high enough, the loot would drop. Asking someone to not pass sounds like the opposite to me, as in "if i fuck this up, someone hasnt passed yet allowing me to fix it"
