That's precisely what I meant by fail linkshell. Allowing people to come to only come once in a while, typically when the utlima chips have been farmed, is bad leadership. It doesn't surprise me that the shell fell apart due to this bullshit.

It fell apart because we had been running for almost 2 years and we were pretty much stuffed up and wanted to do something else and put money somewhere else.

That's not what Pchan's saying. What he's saying is that this shell basically had newer members farm chips, and then long-time members farm Omega and Ultima with said chips. And as it was basically impossible to lose points, old members could loot a whole set of Ultima AND Omega gear (even though they don't attend chip farming) before the new members.

Besides, if old people don't farm chips, what's to say those people will stay once they get the gear they need? They're obviously no longer interested in Limbus. As they no longer had an interest in Limbus, they recruited new people to farm chips for them, so they could get their gear.

This is what Pchan's upset over, not that old people get gear. But that old people get all of the gear without doing anything.

And Farys, I wouldn't say paying 10 mil for NAshira legs means you're an idiot. time = money, and it takes less time to farm 10 mil gil than it'd take for him to get Nashira legs in your shell. We made several hundred mil from selling Salvage gear (on top of gil from other things, such as various BCNM, KSNM, ENM, other merc runs, crafting, farming etc.), so getting the money to get Nashira Legs weren't really a problem, and a lot faster than just attending and hope none of you guys needed it. We did a lot more than just Salvage, and a lot of it earned us plenty of gil to buy stuff we needed from other shells. Gil isn't exactly hard to accumulate, so what exactly is it that makes him an idiot for choosing to buy Nashira Legs?
