I know some people saw this on NBC Carson New Years...this video is like disturbing as hell (for a hip hop video coming from a mainstream artist who never did horror core in his career. This video may be disturbing to people who hate depictions of evil/satan related things/Christians:

What a way to start off a new year and decade...very disturbing cause they showed it right after the ball dropped...I'd point out a lot of things in this video, but the youtube commenters already do a good job a it.

I'll point out a major symbol though. You'll see a flash of a Jesus Chain (Jesus on the cross on a chain) sitting between two bullets moving downward near the end. This stands for Murder-Murder-Jesus which is basically a part of Jay Z's Gray Album (remix of Black Album) where they play the song "Lucifer" backwards and it turns out he's saying "Murder Murder Jesus" on a song named Lucifer...

P.S. We all know this dude calls him self Hova which is shortening for Jehovah...aka God...WOW...talk about devil complex...

Ok here's someone's interpretation of the video in this Wikipedia article:

The music video was filmed in November 2009. The video premiered on January 1, 2010.

The video appears in black and white, and the people, symbols, and characters in the video seem to be wearing black and white colors to coincide with the video. There are split second scenes while there are somewhat of an abundance of biblical references in it. Throughout the video, there are crucifixes, angelic symbols, and often shapes of bull horns with a face in the middle which some believe is supposed to represent the baphomet. Whenever something of Christ shows up, the video seems to go into a white mode with light as its exposition. Whereas whenever the speculated baphomet shows up, the video takes on somewhat of a dark illustration with it. On one part of the music video when the music stops, producer Swizz Beats is turned around, and he seemingly makes the symbol of the baphomet with his coat by raising his hands. Many people have speculated that this is Jay-Z's response to the internet controversy on youtube and various sites about him and his patrons being conspirators with the society's of occult, and that the video is supposed to be somewhat of a mockumentary of it. There has been no response from Jay-Z thus far.

Jay-z made the game, without him we probably wouldn't be listening to just about any of the people in the game right now. I doubt he gives a shit about how much money a music video makes considering that he is an entrepreneur, a lot of his money is coming from different things, not only music.

I hate Drake, like a few of his songs but other than that he's nothing. Nig is talkin like he came up from nothing? He was on Degrassi gettin that money long before he even became a rap star. One of the hottest in the game? Yeah he went on hot 97 with his blackberry while he did his freestyle and the DJs got on him quick about that shit.

Cudi is under appreciated and I'm ashamed to be a fan of the King with you around. The album I'm most looking forward to right now is Lasers by Lupe Fiasco. It's supposed to be the lead up to his last album so you know it's going to be damn good.
