I don't remember if I just had a shitty attention span or they were trolling back then, but I fucking hated how Toonami did Sailor Moon. They would get close to the end of an arc and then start over or take a long break.

It was syndication. In Los Angeles, it aired on 13, which became a UPN carrier. So, try to remember which channel of yours aired Star Trek: The Next Generation (& DS9, VGR, etc.), and it's likely that one.

Or wait, was it 9. Fuck, all I am 100% sure on is it was the same station that aired Ronin Warriors and Tekkaman Blade, and I KNOW that was 13 because of the whole 3D glasses thing. But I remember linking it with Samurai Pizza Cats, but I seem to remember that being on 9.

what happened on cartoon network is DiC only dubbed halfway into season 2 so when they ran out of dubbed episodes they just restarted at 1. they did eventually get the rest of season 2 tho.
