Well, as has been said, get a lawyer, give them the low down, and then chill. They don't have a case, and are attempting to "get one over" on the system, unfortunately, at your expense.

If you haven't yet, Get a lawyer. As a Doctor, you need to have a lawyer buddy. Someone who can legally represent you in all things. even if this blows over and nothing happens, Get a lawyer. Have a lawyer, that you know, in your phone, and call them when crap like this happens, or when your fantasy football team slaughters their fantasy football team. See where i'm going with this? Get a lawyer.

But yeah, stress about it anymore, and i'm gonna fucking sue you on reducing my masturabtion time.

Then maybe the wii was to motivate her to loose weight. Of course, she'd have no motivation to loose any more weight once she got under 300, but I'm sure OP had a PS3 or a 360 lined up.
