Was randomly going through youtube playlists and then all of a sudden this came on.

Sudden rush of memories fludded back. Played from the JP trial till the servers shut down years later for almost every day, then played the GC and BB editions on and off for a bit. I was so happy to hear that PSU would come out, but was so dissapointed with it. PSO was such a simple MMO, but yet so fun. I dont think I ever had such a joyful remembrance of anything compared to this.

So what music, image, or whatever else brings you back nostalgic glory of your previous gaming days?

Final Fantasy 7 was my first RPG ever, and quite possibly saved me from what would have otherwise been a life of brogaming Madden for the rest of my life. So I guess I gotta give credit to this song, because I was hooked from the opening FMV on.

This song, though, probably has the most nostalgia connected to it now that I think about it. When I was in middle school me and a few friends would dick around and play this before band practice on the big drums lol.

The whole City of Evil CD by A7X brings back memories of being a level 40WAR/THF farming Spook, GG, and Ghost maybe 5? years ago. I always remember running back in forth between the tunnels, until I started using Mr.Argus so I could just fly between the spawns. I got banned on that character shortly after, but fuck it!

I first listened to Destination: Beautiful CD by Mae when I was leveling in the Boyahda Tree. Now I can't hear that CD without getting flashbacks to that!

Dido brings back memories of Dragon Quest IV, emulated on my slow-ass computer that could barely handle it (yes, my computer back in the day could barely handle DRAGON QUEST FOUR). not her big hits or her more recent songs, but basically anything off of the first record that's not Thank You does it.'
