    find firefox profile (appdata/mozilla/firefox/profiles), locate adblockplus folder, copy patterns.ini file, replace after you format. ITS LIKE MAGIC

    it's always been there if you have a server

    and yes you can change where your home profile is, but you'll still have to recreate one with that info when you reinstalll
