Recording audio from video on PC

Bit of a noobish question I think, but I wanted some reliable answers. I want to record audio clips from stuff I have downloaded on my PC (specifically audio from Red vs Blue) so I can follow through with an experiment i'm trying with my iPhone. Thanks for any answers.
