So I heard there's this wonderful web searching tool called google.

Anyway, Image Entertainment is going through some financial issues and has been suing the hell out of everyone for copyright infringement and blocking everything on youtube. Supposedly they should be filing for bankruptcy pretty soon so they won't be that much of an issue for long.
