Vanadiel Collection 2006 won't install expansions on Vista.

Trying to get my girlfriend's laptop to reinstall FFXI on vista has been a pain in the ass.

She installed the vista compatible POL viewer first, then installed the game, then the expansions (INST1-INST3), and then did the entire version update.

The problem is when she logs in the game it says the expansions aren't installed and she won't be able to enter expansion areas, but the non-expansion areas of the game work fine.

Any suggestions? This is our second full reinstall with the same problem.

I know this is really basic, but did you register the/any expansions to her account at least once before?
