True, that's a fair statement to make. I wouldn't mind seeing a movie where A) Everyone fucking dies in a straight up massacre, good guys bad guys. Similar to how Glory(I know, not super hero movie but still) ended where it's like "damn man". B) Hero ends up getting the absolute shit kicked out of him and takes the proverbial weiner up the ass and dies. C) Hero and Villian kill each other, and the heroes death pees in every ones cheerios. Like when Superman and Doomsday punch each other and the ending is all sad cause they can save the hero or some shit but end up failing.

FFS a million times this. But at the same time im very glad that they even had web shooters this time around.

But anyway i thought the movie was decent but miles above the last iteration. Garfield definitely pulled off the nerdy, genius, quick witted Spiderman much better than Toby did and that was enough for me.

would like to see a 3 hour directors cut, even if it includes the retarded ass origin story change. the uncle ben's killer and the lizard swat team members were the biggest wtfs when i watched it.

Ok, the RT intial score and you guys have changed my mind. I guess I'll go see this at some point. Is it worth seeing in theaters, or is it one of those that I could just as well wait for it on Netflix and it wouldn't suffer?

Go see it in the movies, there are some moments that are ripped right out of a comic panel. The big screen does it justice.

I wear glasses so 3D is always out for me unless I'm feeling like a headache and an awkward, uncomfortable experience. Guess it's time to try to convince the wife!

Just saw it and enjoyed it. It's sort of like First Class in that it takes some liberties but the movie was still good. Way better than anything from the previous three films.

Yea, the really heavily edited it down for w/e reason, little cutaway scenes to make everything make sense... it's funny how much of the stuff they cut away you can see it that 25 minute clip. I enjoyed it overall though.

This is why I asked if he could naturally create his own web. There's no way he could've afforded the biocable packs. He never ordered it, it just was sort of there.

While there were some inconsistencies, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Stan Lee's cameos just seem to get better every time.

I'm going to venture and say the next one will be about the Kingpin and/or Osborne.

Yeah the Stan Lee cameo in this was pretty great.

Now that I think about it, was he in Xmen first class? I somewhat remember him being a military officer or something..but I can't remember 100%
