Hume Male: 71 base str
Axe: currently Erlking's Kheten with dmg: 94 Str +4 Att +6 while I wait for a better augment.
Str from gear: 42
Raging Rush modifier: 35% str
Analysis of Raging Rush:
-Assume 4str = 1fstr.
-Base damage = 94 + (71+42)/4 + (71+42)*.35 = 161.8
This is multiplied by my pdif and a random variation effect to get the damage of my weaponskill, but that means the damage is proportional to my base damage number- i.e. a 2% increase in base damage is equal to a 2% increase in total damage. This is simple math: (161.8*randomshit)*1.02=(161.8*1.02)*randomshit.
1.02*161.8 = 165.036. Thats an increase of is 3.236. To get an increase of 3, you'd have to stack on 12 strength (ignoring the weaponskill multiplier, which would make it more like 9 strength).
Tl;dr: my math says 2% ws damage is the same as between 9-12 strength. Thats pretty damn close to an Nhead. Did I make a mistake?
