Which SJ is overall the best in your standard pickup party setup at level 55-70ish (something like: PLD RDM BRD melee x3)?
Depends on how good the tank is, and how much your RDM or healer would bitch. RNG/WAR is ok if they don't complain as you can kill a bird from 50% with Berserk Sidewinder. /NIN if the tank is crappy. /SAM I never played with since I only really got sync invites from 54-60.

Concordia is mentioned because my friend put that at the top of the food chain in terms of DPS, citing that your sword DoT is just as important as your spells
Then your friend seemed to miss all the other swords with better DPS.
    DPS = damage * 60 / delay

    Perdu Hanger 73 38 225 11.73/10.13
    Koggelmander 72 43 224 11.52
    Fragarach 74 44 240 11.00
    Erlking's Blade 75 33 236 9.92~11.19
    Beast Slayer 75 42 236 10.68
    Wightslayer 75 41 236 10.42

And way below even your NYZUL weapon we have:
    Concordia 75 46 268 10.30

Concordia may only be useful as a casting sword depending on synergy options. While Concordia can get decent WS augments, remember that blu's WS damage is not an important part of it's damage since it is what 50/50 melee/casting normally and of that 50% melee maybe a quarter WS damage?

My guess is your friend saw 46 and got excited and totally forgot to notice it's huge delay that killed its DPS.

I'd nuke in Snow over Balrahn's pretty much all the time on RDM.

    My logic goes like this:
Case 1: If the monster is high level and has high INT, you'll be getting 5 MAcc from Snow Ring and a damage boost.
Case 2: If the monster is high level but has low INT, you'll be getting 2.5 MAcc from Snow Ring and a damage boost, but you're starting with more MAcc than normal thanks to the monster's low INT so you don't need the MAcc from the ring as much.

Assuming Enfeebling MAcc is calculated the same way as Elemental MAcc, I'd use Balrahn's for Bind and Gravity on BLM where you already have a shitton of INT and are generally just fighting normal VT-IT mobs because it's much more likely to be 1.5 MAcc better than Snow in that case. I'm not sure I'd ever use it for RDM.

I'd use Omega (4.5-6 MAcc) for Bind/Grav and nukes on hard stuff on RDM, but Balrahn's seems 1 MAcc short of useful (apart from Salvage Refresh) to me.

Yeah, I don't see much of a point in nuking in Balrahn's (outside of an activate latent) either. The MAcc difference is very slight, compared to a 5 INT ring, and you get no other benefit.

For some enfeebles, where the only point in INT/MND is more accuracy, then sure, it can be decent. Obviously nice for Dark magic. But nuking...I don't think it's worth the tradeoff.

Thinking of RDM Meleeing in Campaign has me thinking of making a Death Blossom WS Set. Curious as to what to use.
What you've listed is almost entirely geared around the mods. You may want to mix in more ATT (particularly), and ACC for some targets (though obviously not Campaign mobs n' stuff).

    Joytoy/Genbu's/X/Elvaan RSE satchet
    Zenith Crown?/WS Gorget/Communion/Triumph
    Royal Redingote?/?/Rajas/Flame
    Forager's/Penitent's Rope/?/Mahatma Pigaches

Assuming pre Morrigans in all areas(waiting on my turn for'em to drop), what would be good for the WS set? Never really thought about using them on RDM til I considered wanting to get the best bang for my buck out of Campaign EXP, and maybe soloing FoV or other NMs melee-style.
    Joytoy/Sentinel/X/astrolabe
    Goliard/Snow/Augmented Acc or Suppa/Triumph
    Narasimha's/Goliard/Rajas/Flame
    Forager's or Cuch/Warwolf/Palu/Rutters

You forget that RDM has a patehetic C+ in elemental magic skill and the person who asked has no elemental merits. Magic accuracy will outdo the extra points of damage against any serious NM worth nuking. Of course you can have more INT-oriented setup for lower level mobs.

I am too lazy to camp for sk, x's, etc.

Whats the best dagger combo otherwise? Azoth/Blau or Blau/Misericorde +1 for higher ws frequency?

    Har har, Blau/TK.

Not forgetting. Point is more, as mentioned, you're basically looking at 2.5 or 5 MAcc from the INT ring versus a flat 4 MAcc from the Balrahn's. Unless he's already sitting pretty in terms of dINT, a 5 INT ring would actually be better for accuracy. It'll help with damage in either case. It's not like you're comparing a pure accuracy option and a pure damage option.

There are other slots that could be traded off for greater accuracy gains, though in part they'd depend on what items are at one's disposal.
IE, Goliard feet rather than relic. Relic legs rather than Mahatma, +skill or MAcc hands rather than Zenith, and so on.

This. Having never owned a BLM or RDM 75 account for longer than 2 months, how the hell is the dINT thing hard to figure out? Knowledge is power and to me it seems pretty fucking awesome to know that the damage stat is also the accuracy stat at times.

If you're looking for a way to spend gilz, get a cuchulain's mantle, as I did not see one in your set up on ffxi-ah. Also, Forager mantle, no reason to use an nq cerb mantle. Maybe you could pay a group to kill a Yovra for you if you can't on your own, since you y/g/k in chiv chain >.>

I see plenty of ways to spend your gil before even thinking about a pachi.

Which means you still need a gorget, unless you only ws at 300 tp, plus the other stuff I said, like Cuchulain's.

You said you don't have a way to spend your money, you still never came to my other points. Cuchulain's mantle, for one. A better ear than ethereal. You have other things to work on before even worrying about a pachi, yo. You don't have a black tathlum. I'm sure someone will come along and do the math for you anyways, just sayin you have better shit to spend money on.

Well back in the day when ridill wars were supreme i really enjoyed my suppa, but now with GA raining the victor and ninja just being lol... i'm hoping to request bushi soon... cuch i can look into because to be completely honest with you it just never really occured to me.

edit; The real reason i'm asking is because i saw a pachi in jeuno for 1.4m, and i'm thinking of snagging it.

Pachi is only worthwhile when you have a very strong 5 hit, which I think means you need usu body and feets, and maybe rose strap depending on what you WS in.

Going by your FFXIAH profile you would need askar body and Hachi gloves, which is like stabbing yourself in the face since you're dropping upwards of 20 accuracy on top of 3% haste for what you should be wearing.

Unsure why you have an Askar body equipped when it should be a Haub +1, which is a much better use of your gil. Askar=>Haub +1, Pole=>Rose, WS in Hachi feets would let you roll with 13.75 more accuracy at the cost of DA and 1 str for WS.

Your current gear with maxed merits gives you like 85% hit rate on birds, which is pathetic. And that's assuming you have maxed GK merits. Pop on pachi and you're below acceptable hit rate at the easiest merit camp.

What are you using THF for? If you don't need TH and you have money you can get a m.kris and spam WSs happily
