Faggy anime is people with technocolored spiky hair fighting in an urban, school, or wasteland setting while weaker minor characters are the main focus as they watch the real action in awe while secretly saving animators tons of time and effort. Said fight could take a span of 12-15 episodes with instances of filler and flashbacks take place to yet again save time and effort for the now doubly lazy animators. Said villain, usually becomes yet another hero character only to later (after the hero character surpasses his power level) watch the main hero character who usually has the spikiest hair fight a more effeminate and possibly homosexual villain that was given a female voice in english because american dubbers are just as lazy as the animators.
