there are two archer bots and archer was Luigi this entire time. The thing is that in ep 9 Pam rode with Luigi in the truck, and Pam was up and close with Luigi, and got road head from him. 1-would a stache be a sufficient disguse for Archer from Pam a foot away? 2-would Archer give Pam road head? Even in order to protect his disguise?

Archer could of had one of his androids be the driver the whole time, and he just switched out with him for the plan maybe? One of them even asked why is the plan so complicated, and why are they wearing tuxedo's. idk I just don't want archer to be dead lol.

That's how I took it. The cyborgs were both commentating that the plan was needlessly complex, when what we actually saw wasn't all that complex.

That said, Adam Reed has said it was intentionally written to be ambiguous about whether or not Archer is dead in case the show doesn't get renewed.

Yes. But they've been petitioning it to get renewed. AS recently posted a video of one of their employees signing said petition. But we all know that just because you sign it doesn't mean you're still going to green light the project.

Well, clearly the connection was "shows on adult swim with no notice of renewal". Him being wrong because Metalocalypse was confirmed cancelled is another story, but asking about it isn't that confusing.

Metalocalypse was canceled by AS though, brendan small wants to finish the story but he wants an outlet for it (for obvious reasons)

And thats my point: adult swim seems to let go of unfinished shows that are still popular for some boneheaded reason
