I stopped watching this show during the Vice season. I don't really remember why I stopped watching, but it used to be a fave. I think about Lana describing Krieger's van as "rolling probable cause" ALL the time. Should I continue where I left off?

would, it gets hit or miss when they get into the themed seasons but every season is worth watching. some of the one-offs like Dreamland are fuckin mint.

FXX has renewed the animated comedy for a 13th season. The Disney-owned network will launch the eight-episode run in 2022, and like its current 12th season will premiere on FXX and be available to stream the next day on FX on Hulu.

Season Finale was Wednesday, watched it last night on Hulu. The good bye to Mallory was done about as perfectly as it could be. Whole episode was a few repeated kick to the emotional balls.

Yeah I fell off this season a bit but caught the last couple of episodes which were good.

News about Jessica Walters is rough, she was amazing and Archer will never be the same.

They really did Mallory's character right. Fucking loved the finale.

the ending with her and Ron (who was voiced by Walter's actual husband and also passed away) on the beach was absolutely perfect, I don't care if her dialogue was canned and reused. It was handled well.

FX revealed today the premiere date for the 13th season of its long-running animated spy comedy Archer (or the 10th, depending on how canonical you consider the coma seasons to be—but we kid, we kid.)

Specifically, Sterling Archer and the various frenemies who make up his social circle will be back on FXX on August 24 of this year

it was pretty decent. i just finished the series for the first time about a week before this season started. the first 5 or 6 seasons were good but the coma seasons were...what? did adam reed just get bored or something? i get wanting to switch things up a bit but jesus christ some of those were awful

Coma seasons grew on me. 1999 was the best IMO.

I'd be shocked if there's any more after 13, they are already hinting at tying up loose ends

I liked the Noir one tbh, jungle one was okay too, space one was a bit odd but i liked the mindfuckery that came with it. I didn't mind those seasons, liked them better than the cocaine ones to be perfectly honest despite the cocaine ones having a few good episodes too.
