Is there a way to stop these World of Warcraft phishing emails?

Every day for the past 4 months or so, I've been getting these phising emails claiming to be from Blizzard. The template usually consists of, "Greetings, we have found that your World of Warcraft account is being offered for sale, this is a violation blah blah, please respond to this email with your cd-key, secret question, password and other information". I always click report spam or forward these emails to [email protected]. The thing is, I don't play World of Warcraft, nor have I done so in nearly 4 years. Here is one that I received today:

    Greetings,
An investigation of your World of Warcraft account has found strong evidence that the account in question is being sold or traded. As you may
not be aware of, this conflicts with Blizzard's EULA under section 4 Paragraph B which can be found here:
WoW -> Legal -> End User License Agreement
and Section 8 of the Terms of Use found here:
WoW -> Legal -> Terms of Use
The investigation will be continued by Blizzard administration to determine the action to be taken against your account. If your account is
found violating the EULA and Terms of Use, your account can, and will be suspended/closed/or terminated.
In order to keep this from occurring, you should immediately verify that you are the original owner of the account.
To verify your identity please visit the following webpage: http://www.WorldofWarcraftNew.com/

Only Account Administration will be able to assist with account retrieval issues. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter, and
your continued interest in World of Warcraft.
    Sincerely,
    Kennalith

When I check the return path for these emails, it's always a random hotmail address. This particular one is from <[email protected]>. I'm averaging 5 or 6 of these emails every day. Also when I forward these to blizzard, I just get an automated response saying they will investigate. I doubt whether they actually do. Is there any way to get rid of them?

Same as OP, I don't even play WoW. Except I don't mind getting the emails. I find them amusing.
plus, maybe soon I'll find out how the rmt have discovered time travel!

Add an e-mail rule (assuming your provider has it, and if they don't, they need to get with the times) for deleting/purging e-mails with "World of Warcraft" in the content?

I just played the 30 day free trial and I get these every day, too. It's fucking annoying seeing them pile up in Junk.

I get about 2-3 of these a day and recently I've been getting them for my Aion account too (which I've never played past the beta)

Yahoo, so, make 2 filters, one that simply has "warcraft" and another that has "blizzard" in the from header. Set them to send those to the trash.

I only started receiving these emails after I re-activated my WoW account...

    Kinda tells you something no?
