Monitor won't recognize new build computer

So I replaced the motherboard and graphics card in my comp and for some reason when the computer is connected to the monitor, the monitor will just say no signal.

When I detach the dvi connector then reattach it the monitor will search again then say no signal again.

I don't believe its a video card or monitor problem because I switched both, although for a 2nd monitor I used a TV, and they both worked fine.

All the lights are on, all the fans are spinning so I'm really hoping this isn't a motherboard issue. Other problem might be the power supply, which would be a lot easier to fix.

wow ok nevermind ended up just being my ram needing a final push
