the biggest difference was the first time i did it late-night and eventually had the forum locked so i could do so

the second time i did it like early morning/mid day? and i had been working on it for a couple of days, merge a few hundred threads, dick around, merge the next two-hundred etc, then i got near the front page, and all hell broke loose

i still don't know why max felt the need to undermine the entire thing and contribute to crashing the forums/website/whatever
