All I ask for in a MvC3 is character selection the same awesome size of 2 and just a touch of balancing (read: make them usable) to street fighter characters. It's cool that they went all out well making the marvel characters but they didn't adjust their own characters to even be competitive with them. Only 1 SF character in the top 3 tiers and 1 Capcom character in the top 2 tiers is pretty bad...

Good matches Tsutsu, i could seriously tell that both of us are rusty as hell. I really gotta work on my execution again w/ my stick and properly linking.

Anyone have any way of learning how to link much easier, especially online? For some reason I rely a lot on timing, and all these matches i see people do them like it's nothing.

Example: c.lk xx c.lp > c.lk xx EX Galactic Tornado. on Rufus.
Cannon Strike xx c.lk xx c.lp > c.lk xx Spiral Arrow. on Cammy.

Anyways, yeah so rusty. I was playing some random matches and going to training to master my execution. I can't get j.FP,FP, c.FP, MK SBK, Super to land for the life of me. Can't even get c.lp, c.lp, c.lp, s.fp, Super to link either.

At least I'm starting to remember my combos. Now just to put them into practice.

Seriously though, I had never played Championship Mode before so I tried it out last night hoping that playing some of the low ranked players would help me shake off the rust... it's all against Ryu's who do like his most lengthy and complicated combos. Am I just unlucky or is like every G3 player able to just seemingly able to Metsu me at will?

not done, I need to reprint the artwork, one of the face srews nuts came out, and the new stick I ordered didn't have grooves for the plate screws.
Also need clear finish Krylon spray cause the paint kinda gets a little ashiness on the hands.

Other then that the new Sanwa buttons are like f***ing BUTTER!
I had fun breaking down and putting this thing back together.

Nah, "even" in G2 it's mostly people who've just grinded their way up there against other flowchart players. Occasionally you'll get someone who knows what they're doing, but it's pretty rare.

I'd love one of Art's panels, too bad the foreign shipping is so much. It'll have to wait a bit I guess!

Lots of bad players have made their way to G1 because of how long they have been playing for. When I first arrived to G1 getting to a Final was very difficult and the players rarely made mistakes on their combos. Now that's hardly the case (Dragon Punching Ryu's that can't FADC)

The fun part is, I hurt my thumb and now I have to play with a joystick. I picked it up two days ago, although it sucks, I still don't have trouble with the current garbage players in G1
