There's no SSF4 for PC, just AE. So with this legit? key you can just torrent the game and play online with the code.

It's legal, but ofc you need a copy of the game to install, which you're expected to "acquire" yourself. ( unless its a game w/ a steam key ).

PS3 TE stick works on PCs with the Intel chipset.. otherwise you have to buy a USB card that supports it. Xbox TE is PnP

I read that the ps3 te only works on some pcs due to the motherboard usb provider. IIRC the general rule was that intel machines should work, others are a toss up.
