Dead Space, Infamous and Prototype are pretty fun
Killzone 2, MAG and CoD: MW2 if you're into FPS.

Fallout 3, DMC4, ACII, GTA4, MGS4, Batman AA and Warhawk.
Might get uncharted 2 eventually, and fuck namco for not releasing ace combat 6 on ps3.

I'm going to have to wait to see what kind of macro system FFXIV is like though because if it's anything like any other MMO out there it's going to be completely unplayable on anything other than PC unless I can kb/mouse it up on PS3, but even still I have a feeling we're going to windower it up with FFXIV so I cant miss out on that.

Edit: The 360 is a piece of shit when it comes to hardware reliability but at least microsoft gives you a 'new' one fast, I'm on my 6th or so.

I'm at the point where if I dont spend something on my self I'm going to start feeling really bad and stressed out (more stressed out than I already am) because I've been going over two years now of paying off debts because of shitty cars wherein I've never spent a dime on myself past $50 for a birthday present to myself or on crap like fast food.
