Convince me why I wont regret buying a PS3

I just bought a ps3 and I got LittleBigPlanet and God of War 1 & 2, I don't regret it.

Heh I was curious about this topic title as well. We use to own a blue-ray player when it was first coming out but no longer supports the newer kinds (prolly two years ago now) and isn't really able to update. Some of the models we found that he wanted was going to cost from 200-250$ that had some features like the streaming from various things like youtube and such (forgot the rest at this time, think it was a LG or a Samsung).

Anyway, I too was also wondering if a PS3 would be an investment (outside of just games in general) to use as a blue-ray player as well.

I am not interested in Demon Souls but I could put it in the third tier, I could put it under FFXIII

From everything I keep hearing the PS3 is actually the best bluray player out there.

It's pretty much better and more future proof than anything cheaper than the PS3.
