best show Mark Valley was on before Human Target was Keen Eddie only lasted 13 episodes but it was a good show. Co-Starred Sienna Miller before she was known. It originally aired on Fox, please excuse the fact that Bravo picked it up for re-runs.

My prediction goes thus

Nathan Fillion was the lead in two fox shows that were canceled before the first season finished. Then he had the sense to gtfo, does a show on another network, and boom, it gets a 2nd season pickup.

The same thing will happen to Mark Valley.
Eliza Dushku too. Though she gets two seasons, because fox wants to bone her.

Bump for season finale airing last night. Fantastic episode, and had quite the "Who's who" of guest stars. Kind of sad that there hasn't been much more talk about this show, as it's one of my favorites in a long time. Of course, that means it'll probably get Fox'd

And as for my thoughts on what went down:

Katherine's totally not dead (If the show DOES actually get picked up again. Otherwise, we may never know.)

When has a death THAT ambiguous ever actually stuck? My money's on her not being on the boat when it blew.

The show is still a 50/50 shot at being picked up but last night's episode screams for it to get at least a midseason shot next season. Its much more entertaining and fun than the debacle that is Lie to Me. Without 24, there is a decent shot we will see it since Fox likes to have an action show.

The season finale was a great show. From dropping in popular "genre" actors in Lee Majors and Amy Acker in it. Even if Armand Asante was a tad over the top in comparison, it was a solid finale and demanded a pick up in no uncertain terms.

I agree with you that its pretty obvious that she isn't dead. From a selfish point of view I hope she isn't and the show gets picked up. Amy Acker deserves to be on television more. At least we get to see her in ABC's limited mystery series "Happy Town" in a couple of weeks.

Great news for a cool show and its fans - Human Target is coming back! According to The Hollywood Reporter, FOX has decided to renew both the DC Comics based Target and the Tim Roth led Lie to Me. This is a bit of a surprise, since most thought the network would renew one of the two somewhat ratings challenged series, but not both.

While FOX won't officially announce their fall schedule until their Upfront on Monday, the Reporter also says the network has picked up four new series so far, including RideAlong (from The Shield's creator, Shawn Ryan, who just departed Lie to Me) and Midland (possibly now called Lone Star) and two comedies - Traffic Light and Keep Hope Alive.

RideAlong brings Ryan back to police drama – set in Chicago, it involves the city's first female police chief. Midland centers on a con artist who has been maintaining two different lives with two different women.

Centering on a 25 year old having to raise an infant, Keep Hope Alive comes from My Name is Earl creator Greg Garcia. and features an eclectic cast that includes IGN favorite Garret Dillahunt (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Life, Deadwood and everything else). Traffic Light is about three childhood friends, now in their thirties, whose lives are now at very different places from one another.

Glad to hear it's been renewed, I was more than a little worried since Fox likes to cancel most of their good shows without giving them a real chance.
