Hey guys, my company is looking into getting some sort of video conferencing software / hardware to connect use between our Florida and NJ facility. Boss said he's willing to shell out a few thousand to get something that'd work really well... any suggestions?

Depnding on how many people you need to conference, skype can work well

afaik Tandberg are the kings of professional video teleconferencing equipment, might look into their offerings and see if anything suits your needs.

I work for the creators of Telepresence video teleconferencing(Iformata Communications)we use mostly Polycom/Lifesize/Tandberg equipment. Lifesize has some nice smaller units that have good quality if you have a decent line to put them on. The company I work for does all the day to day meetings etc for a bunch of fortune 500 companies so we work with them alot, if you have any questions send me a message.
