ughhhhhhh they need to fucking let you "sell back" upgrades. accidentally bought an engineer weapon when I meant to buy one for marksman.

send in a bug report saying you need an undo button before it confirms your points lol because i did the same thing because it lagged, and i will try and get into the beta during the contest hours and hope i can win this
Just got done with a marathon session with this shit this evening, and I'm really digging it. Operations is pretty fun with a squad. The 3rd tier Infiltrator gun is beastmode (the 3 burst one). Any other guns I should look at getting?
Also, my only complaint is not being able to buy/look at upgrades outside of a match.
play bot mode. it has everything unlocked
The map featured in this looks interesting.
looks like that map is rife with kill-boxes
wtf at 0:47? Assist melee? I haven't seen a melee attack that didn't oneshot the person it hit.
Maybe a tweak in the final game? I know a lot of people were complaining 1 shot melees are op while the ones with longer animations are still ok. This game is... eh Idk what to think of it. It's ok I guess but I just feel it lacks competitiveness and I don't like the weighty feel even if it's in the design of the game.
This, and them keeping the clan system, from forming clans to actual clan matches adds a ton to the competitiveness (being that theres an actual in-game system for it). I enjoy the game because it doesn't reward twitch-reactions so much. Operation CS's hasn't gotten old yet, for me. Having a healthy back-and-forth between Tactician and Infiltrator. Both are pretty boss.
Sure I'm ok with not rewarding twitch reactions, but I'd like to be able to line up a shot decently fast. I guess I'm not as "skillful" at that game in this aspect but even when playing with friends it gets boring after like an hour of gameplay. I don't know why but I'm just not feeling it.
well, the open beta is only 1 map
All I see in those videos is tons of hipfiring. If they can tone down the accuracy/range of it a bit, I would be happy.
The game and the concept is fine, actually kind of fun with the mission and objective layouts, reminds me alot of unreal. But with that said their aim settings and sensitivity setups are really awkward and the controls are clunky and not really smooth. I know it's a beta but it feels a lot like a finished product and I'm not sure I'd buy it unless they were able to clean it up a lot. The hip firing thing is also as a result of the controls being so weird, it's like you really can't help doing it.
Ive played it daily, and I can't get enough of it. It's great fun, and Warzone is something I wish more games would try to implicate. And yeah, I would go as far as to say this is a finished product. The only thing I would expect to change leading up to release is networking connection/code. I really feel like a minority when I say I love the killzone series, lol. But I'm ok with that.
I only got on for the first time yesterday, so I pretty much played it all day trying to get used to it. I just whored objects because I really cant get used to the aim system. Though hit recognition is either right on or really bad. When it's on it's really good though. You can follow the shots right onto the target.
I really like how the objectives change in the middle of a game, and I thought most of the multiplayer maps in KZ2 were awesome. However, KZ2 had horrible controls, lots of classes had worthless abilities, and you had to do ridiculous things for certain unlocks. Since all of that has been fixed, it's a day 1 buy for me.
One thing I will complain about is that the grenade throw's arc is seriously way too high. Like, I'll aim at a window and it'll bounce off the ceiling. But I rarely use grenades anyway so not a huge deal.
