I recently had this whole big thing I was gonna type out about Lost but got sick and forgot what it all was. All I know was it had something to do with Eli and how she could be aligned with MiB. Since he asked for her by name and she kept saying how important it was for them to go back and for Locke to be with them. Also how she keeps trying to road block Desmond.

Wouldn't that interfere with O'Quinn/Emerson in their hitman drama on TNT?

A few questions for your theory, when did MiB ask for Eloise? And she is trying to roadblock him b/c I dont think she wants consciousness from the island reality to transfer to the alternate one for anyone.. possibly to prevent Locke from being possessed by MiB? (Hence why when Sun's shot shes freaking out about Locke saying it's him?)

When Locke was by the Donkey wheel he told him to seek her out. Surely they had to have met if the guy never left the island how would he know she spent so much time studying it off island. Did they meet in the past and work this long con out?

Well I mean he seems to know a lot about people off the island in general, he could very well have a loom like Jacob's to monitor 'fate' too... And from Widmore sending Desmond to her and her cryptic warnings about what would happen if all the candidates weren't on Ajira 316 makes me think she's on Team Widmore/Jacob... As for why he told Locke to seek her out it's because he knew it was the only way back to the island and he needed Ben to learn this somehow.
