yea im fine with it, it kinda makes sense. Oh well every show after this one with be so "meh".
The shoe was just a throwback to the pilot I think. I believe that same show (or one that looked identical cause they probably don't have the prop anymore) was in the same tree.
i considered the "alternate timeline" that everybody kept mentioning more of just "an afterlife" from that ending. an all-encompassing afterlife, that includes everybody that's died, or everybody that will die.
i realy wonder how Hurley/ben combo worked over the years.
Wow, the reveal that the alt sideways = they are all dead felt like a sucker punch.
I feel like I've been run through an emotional roller coaster, truly a worthy ending to an amazing journey.
I had this idea in the back of my head a few episodes ago that Hurley would wind up being the protector but I dismissed it after Jack took the job, also figured that Hugo didn't have the gravitas to pull it off.
Boy was I wrong.
Jebus, so much to process right now. If I understood those that lived in the main reality lived out their lives and at death were reunited with those who had passed during the length of the show.
My god such a beautiful ending, seeing them all reunited and happy.
I'm sad and happy at the same time, I can't imagine what it is like to have the talent to have people become so emotional attached to your creation, and to have the ability to create a tragic, yet happy ending.
My hats off to the writers/actors and those who were involved in the creation of this show.
No relation really. Sure it was Christian's shoe. But the only reason it was there in the final scene is because it was ther ein the beginning. You could see that it had been weathered since then. It just hung out there the whole time.
Was Vincent a constant through the whole series?
I wanna know why Hurley died..
I mean, who could possibly kill Hurley ; ;
The show was always about the characters no matter how much other stuff was going on and I'm really glad that is how they ended it all.
Jin laughing at Sawyer being a cop was awesome btw.
It was Christian shoe, but i don't think that was talked about in the pilot, it was shown later in an episode.
