    Internet Partially works

    Posting on brothers comp.
    I can connect to Steam/Gameranger stuff like this to chat and play games, but I am unable to connect to MSN or surf the web. I switched around all my CAT5s and still the same issue, restarted my router and my modem to the same issue. I resetup my networking too. IDK whats up. My bros comp can Surf net and all that fun stuff.
    Any suggestions? could my onboard networking be messed up or something?
