Odd BG Loading Issues

Just happened. Seems to hang when connecting to images.bluegartr.com.

Same, Ragns, just hangs when loading images.bluegartr.com as far as I've noticed. I experienced it frequently this afternoon, between the hours of 11-1PM, but that just happens to be when I'm most active on the forum daily.

For a literal example, I was just refreshing the morning thread in IAS to update posts and it'd take about a minute each time to refresh and finish loading. It wouldn't really make sense to be the actual images as they'd be cached and not need to reload after the initial viewing, as far as I know.

Another thing I just recalled is that sometimes during these long loads the menu options under "Thread Tools" would load at the bottom of the thread and be presented as individual options instead of items under the thread tools buttons. The search bar loaded there opened as well and available for me to enter text for searching instead of needing to press the "Search this Thread" button.

Yeah, same as the above. For me, it just hangs on 'transferring' at times too. It's as if my internet was switched to 28.8k temporarily for this site. If I were to sit here and click refresh 10 times to reload the page, it'd probably happen 4-5 times for me.

But yeah, it hangs on images.bluegartr.com for a lot longer than it did about 4-5 days ago for me. Glad to see I'm not the only one. Was driving me crazy.

Yeah, going to throw my lot in with this group. Stuff from images.bluegartr.com either slows down the load times or the browser just gives up and loads without a random selection of images. Refreshing typically fixes the issue for me, usually with a really short load time on the refresh. So I'm guessing maybe its a timeout/connections issue?


Guess I should also add this issue is rather recent, within the last week and half I'd say I started noticing the above occurrences.

I assume this is the CDN that fuck up at times. I unloaded some stuff from it and we'll see if it gets better.
