Salvage Intro:
Hello this is Hirro, Mystaticromance and I are going to start a Salvage static and are looking for dedicated members. I am only looking for 6-10 members and we can discuss days once I have the people (I would like to do Mon, Wens, Thurs) and gather together will be 7pmest. I will also want to say upfront the first couple of runs more then likely will be a disaster unless I get some pro people and in Salvage drop rates are low so patience is a must and I would like people who are very dedicated.

Requirements:
~ People will be required to have vent access (at least be able to listen so you don’t need a mic).
~ Have Salvage access atm there will be no assault rank requirement, but it will be expected that as we run assaults as a group that the individual will do rank up missions so we can get AP a lot easier .

Lotting Rules:
Lots will be based on attendance I will post the four paths and each member will prioritize their #1, 2, and 3 for each path. Once they receive the lvl 25 or 35 of that piece they will be locked into that slot. Also this priority does not mean all #1's will receive that piece of armor before #2's or #3's. What will happen is that the #1 item will count for 100% of your points your #2 will be 50% and #3 will be 30%. What this means is lets say I have 100 points for my #1 item it counts as if I have my full 100 my #2 will count if I have 50 and lets say that #2 item is someone else #1 but they only have 40 points then that item will go to me. Once an item is completed there will be a point deduction depending on what slot that item fell in. The deduction will be 50% of points for #1 25% of points for #2 and 10% of points for #3. All points that are X.5 or above will be rounded up rest will be rounded down. There will be 1 point for showing up on time 1 for attending and 1 for staying for the complete run. Once a person has obtained thier #1, 2, and 3 they will be allowed to rearrange thier top 3. If you have any questions please ask me on here or in game.

Alexandrite:
I will collect all alexandrite and distribute at the end of the run (like limbus with coins).

Application info:
I am looking for BRDs, WHM, THF (TH4), MNK, RDMs, CORs, SAMs. I will take all applications into consideration pls list your jobs, what items you are looking for, your assault rank, and any salvage experience from before. I will make also job exceptions if someone would like to run a website I will discuss with that individual what I want on the site. Also you can include any other information that will make you character stand out (IE a monk who has a black belt vs a monk who doesn’t).
